MA revocation
To have one entry gate for the MA revocations , the FAMHP has set up a specific e-mail address where the companies can send their MA revocation letter for a medicinal product: revocation@fagg-afmps.be
If the company prefers to send the revocation request by post, the letter should be send to the following address:

In both cases the original MA must be sent back to this address.
