Prices

The indexed amounts for payments for missions of the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP) were published in the Royal Decree dated 21/122007 in accordance with article 30 § 10, last paragraph, of the law dated 7th May 2004 concerning experiments on humans and in accordance with article 13b § 2quinquies , last paragraph, of the law dated 25th March 1964 concerning medicines.

• Official copies of an authorisation in accordance with article 12b and 12c  of the law of 25th March 1964 concerning medicines require payment of 11.40 € + 0.29 € per page.
• All the certificates for the medical devices require payment in accordance with article 4 § 2 of the royal decree of 1^st march 2000 fixing the amount of payments for the financing of the missions of the administration concerning medical devices:
  Export certificate AIMD: 61.14 €
  Export certificate MDD: 58.86 €
• The certificates  require payment of 57.05 € in accordance with article 2 § 5 of the Royal Decree of 07/12/2001, which modified the Royal Decree of 20th July 1993 fixing the payments referred to in article 13b of the law of 25th March 1964 concerning medicines.

The amounts must be transferred to account number of FAMHP
