Veterinary pharmacovigilance
In cases of suspected anaphylaxis animal health professionals are asked to fill in, in addition to the usual statement of adverse reaction (reporting form (DOC, 475 Kb)), the proposed clinical checklist (DOC, 64 Kb) and to send 4 blood tests (1 blood test on dry tube + 1 on EDTA from animal subjected to anaphylactic shock and the same blood tests from a control animal) to ARSIA.
