The indexed fees and payments for missions conducted by the FAMHP were published in the « Moniteur belge » on 25.11.2009 in accordance with
- Article 13bis §2quinquies, last paragraph of the law of 25th March 1964 on medicines
-Article 224 § 3 of the law of 22nd February 1998 on social arrangements
- Article 225, paragraph 4 of the law of 12th August 2000 on social, budgetary and diverse arrangements
- Article 30 §10 last paragraph of the law of 7t May 2004 relating to experiments on human persons.
