Marketing authorisation holders have until the end of February 2024 to submit annual sales volume data for veterinary medical products for 2023.
Pursuant to Article 58(12) of Regulation (EU) 2019/6 on veterinary medicinal products, all marketing authorisation holders should submit the annual volume of sales for each veterinary medical product to the UPD (Union Product Database).
The deadline for submitting 2022 sales data was 30 June 2023. However, marketing authorisation holders who have not yet done so can still submit their data and are invited to do so as soon as possible.
The deadline for submitting 2023 data is end of February 2024. This deadline will apply to all years to come. In other words, 2024 data will have to be submitted by the end of February 2025, 2025 data by the end of February 2026, etc.
